Product Characteristics, Photographs, Prices, Availabilities

Beautybox is not responsible and is not bound by any errors in characteristics, photographs, prices, and product availabilities listed on the website www.beautybox.com.gr and cannot ensure that there will be no errors from any cause during the entry and/or updating of the characteristics and/or price of a product.

The store reserves the right to cancel customer orders if an incorrect description, error, lack of availability, wrong price, or wrong title is detected. There will always be a notification from us via email stating the reasoning, and where necessary, the corresponding refund is processed.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a natural person (consumer) and your purchase is intended for personal use and not for the service of your individual commercial activity, then you are entitled to withdraw within 14 calendar days, returning the product to us. The right of withdrawal applies provided that the product is in its original condition and the return is made by your own means and cost within 14 calendar days from the day of withdrawal (either you return it yourself or you send it via a carrier). Provided the return is approved, we will refund the price of the product you paid for the specific purchase in full, using the same method you used to pay for it.

Terms and Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product so that it is considered timely, and no additional justification is needed from you.

In case of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, a prerequisite for the return is that the product must be in its original condition, the packaging must be intact, and all accessories, any gifts, accompanying products, and materials must be included.

In case the product has lost value due to poor handling that goes beyond the simple examination of the functionality and characteristics of the product, you must compensate the reduction of its value with monetary compensation. In this case, the specific monetary compensation will be deducted from the amount we will refund you. In every such case, you will be informed before the credit and refund process is completed. Especially in the cases of components and spare parts where the material requires appropriate expertise both for its selection and installation and which cannot operate as an autonomous unit, it is considered that unsealing its packaging automatically implies that it has lost at least 50% of its commercial value, and in case of withdrawal, it will be credited accordingly at 50% of the invoice value, unless it concerns a purchase you made following our recommendation.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to cases exempted by applicable legislation and case law, such as products manufactured or configured specifically for you according to your own specifications, services that have already been executed, or sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed or used after delivery (such as cosmetics, skincare creams, perfumes, makeup items, personal care products, etc.).
