The COSRX Clarifying Treatment Toner contains AHA, which gently exfoliates the skin’s surface by promoting the removal of dead skin cells and stimulating the production of new ones. This can quickly result in smoother skin with a refined texture. AHA also helps stimulate collagen production, improving skin elasticity and minimizing unevenness and fine lines.
The inclusion of BHA, derived from willow bark, works to cleanse and purify enlarged pores, blackheads, and blemishes. When using products that contain AHA, it’s recommended to apply sunscreen, as newly renewed skin cells are more sensitive to UV exposure.
