Nupo Diet Hot Meal Egg Omelette is a meal replacement used in a VLCD diet. Products from Nupo belong to the group of protein-rich low-calorie diets - which in English are called Very Low Calorie Diets (VLCD). VLCD products are very low in calories (under 800 kcal per day), while at the same time containing all the nutrients the body needs. The dietary substitute is a spicy egg omelette with, among other things, onion powder and parsley, and is also supplemented with psyllium seed husks. Application

Add 100 ml of water and 1 letter of Nupo Diet Shake Egg Omelette in a shaker. Shake thoroughly and pour into a bowl. Heat the meal for approx. 2 minutes in the microwave or a pan while stirring. Leave it for 5 minutes and enjoy a tasty meal.
