RefectoCil - Oxidant liquid 3%, 100 ml / Beauty
RefectoCil Oxidant Liquid 3% is a liquid stain to be used together with Refectocil's brow and eyelash colors. This stain is super easy to mix with RefectoCil's colors, and then gives a fantastic color result!
RefectoCil Oxidant Liquid 3% is a liquid version of RefectoCil's stain, and has a completely liquid consistency than RefectoCil Oxidant Creme 3%, which has a thick consistency.
Please note that this oxidant can NOT be used together with the sensitive colours

Application:
Remove contact lenses
Clean the brow area free of grease and makeup before use
Mix approx. 2 cm of the desired RefectoCil color together with 15 drops of Oxidant Liquid
Apply in the direction of brow growth
Let the color sit between 5 and 10 minutes, depending on how strong you want the color
Remove the color with a damp cotton pad
For professional use.
NB: CANNOT BE USED WITHOUT REFECTOCIL COLOR!
