Application:
Apply the tape to completely dry skin. Measure approx. how long your pieces of tape should be before you cut them. Hold the chest in the desired position and remove the paper on the back of the tape. Place the tape under the chest and place it over the chest in the way you want to achieve breast lift and match the outfit you want. Do not stretch the tape.
